Stuck after 1st Story Mission
I was starting to enjoy the game when I got stuck after the first story mission. Aguilar tells me that we need to build a living quarters and then the game tells me to tap on an empty room. But I tried tapping the empty rooms and nothing is happening. I also tried tapping everywhere and tried all other options including restarting the game. However, it’s the same. Please fix this or let me know what I need to do to fix/skip this segment.

Weekly events are hard to finish
The weekly events that give you DNA of legendary and epic characters needs to be balanced. I’ve been playing every day for hours, and not once have I managed to get a Legendary character from these events. These events are useless for new players since their level will be very low and will force them to either go for micro transactions or quit playing this game. Even the in game gold needs a balance patch as well as intel points. Ubisoft wants to milk you. I’d have preferred a pay-once type of a game.
Update May 2019: it’s been months since Many players have maxed out their bases and still the level cap hasn’t been increased, the main story mission hasn’t been extended either. I don’t think this game will last for long if these level/base caps aren’t addressed soon. I’m on the verge of uninstalling it due to lack of content since more than 3 months.

Lost save game
Hi, good evening. Please return my all of my savings and data, I lost when it got updates. I have played the game without skipping a single day since it launched and now after an update and a re-login I lost it. Please return it or I would have to stop playing this as I can not waist more time to regain all my status.
