Toolkit for classic asset integrity calculations. Includes four modules: PipeSchedule, PipeStress, PipeBurst and Unit Converter.
PipeSchedule:
Provides piping specifications (ID, OD and Wall Thickness) for a given NPS and Schedule. Includes both Carbon and Stainless Steel.
PipeStress:
Piping hoop stress calculator. Module includes a list of the most common material specifications.
PipeBurst:
Burst pressure calculator based on the modified ASME B31G equation. Creates Burst Pressure vs Feature Length plot for Feature Depths ranging from 10 to 99%.
UnitConverter:
Includes conversion of the most common units in Asset Integrity: Pressure, Temperature, Length and Corrosion Rate.
