I've made the payment but I haven't received my astropay card
I've made the payment of INR 1000 twice which was two days ago. So the total amount is 2000. But I still haven't received my astropay card. I've done contacting them by mailing and complaining from my side through app. But there is not even a single response from their team. What happened to my transaction? And where is my refund? This is really a poor service from astropay. I'm not gonna use this app again. Ever!!

Payment transaction not done yet . Even after 24 Hours
This is my huge amount 7000₹ Inr i paid it successfully and i shown them a reason and also pdf of statement and many mails also for fast resolution because of that order will cancel for after 24 hours and Now that order also gone from that list i am really disappointed by this app i will be soon leave this app to use and i will tell others to my circles and in channels to not to download this application they can lost your money at moment i will get relaxe if you heard this and i hope your team will work on this
Withdrawal option not available
I have been an avid user of astropay app for the past several years but now Im really getting annyoed with their services. Its been so long since I have been trying to withdraw funds but Im getting an internal error message. Upon chatting with them no one reaponds for hours and it seems that very few people work in the customer support. I still havent had a reply from you guys. Really terrible service
