Version 9.3.0

There's a ton of under the hood fixes to make it easier to release new features, designs and interactions over the next few updates (especially if you’re upgrading to Apex).
We’ve also cleaned up some sections to personalise experiences for different countries we’re in already (oh yes, we're live in Nepal as well)

Good but could be better
The app lags a lot and the navigation is not working in app and hence can't be pushed to the vehicle as well..! Initially it was very good but now it lags like anything!
And one more thing is that even after having notification access it does not display notification of any sort at all no notification for battery full/low no notification for anything at all then what is the use of asking for notification access when there is no notification at all?
Kindly resolve these issues at the earliest!
Kindly also provide an Apple watch support so that we can monitor vehicle using Apple watch!

Scooter status and Navigation are not working
I bought the Connect Pro pack on the same day of my delivery because the Customer care service executive told me the Scooter info and charge status of the scooter along with the navigation would work only if I were to buy the subscription pack. Got disappointed only to find out that the features are not currently enabled for the 450x Collectors Edition currently which I currently have. Upon contacting the customer care again I was told that I will have to wait for the update on the app to use those features. They said it would take a week for an update to roll out and knowing Ather and their brilliant (sarcastic) record keeping for anything, it’s not gonna be there anytime in the next couple of months I’m sure. There are no refund options too. Sad and disappointed that I had paid for a Subscription plan for an entire year and currently not being able to use it.
Not upto the mark
The App provides basic information of the vehicle, Ride statistics and carbon emission savings etc are nice to have, however there are a lot of issues that end up on a disappointment.
1.) Was never able to Set the Home and zoffice addresses through the app and sync it withe scooter
2.) I never understood what the app bluetooth icon is meant to do
3.) The app still shows the temporary vehicle registration number and there is no way for me to rectify this to the permanent RC number
4.) No notification about the battery charging completion. It did notify me once but its erratic
5.) No mechanism to disconnect / cut off charging from the app.
6.) No mechanism to shutdown the scooter from the app.
7.) Limitations in the scooter itself preventing the app funcationality - Network signal strength and option to use smartphone network for updating maps missing
8.) Cannot take calls with the scooter and the app doesnt help in syncing the phone and scooter by any means.
Good thing however is that basically, this app is just an add-on and it by no means hampers the usage of the scooter. Now I dont know if this is good or bad 🤔
