If you are in need or in bad situation, they will not contact you back and the customer support keep messaging that number is not verified. This is the poor kind of service you provide to new customers. I applied for loan yesterday and now they are not helping me with my queries and the amount is still not credited in my a/c. I tried customer help but the customer supporter who called me yesterday more than 8 times now his number is not reachable .I downloaded the app and it says the transection is in process still since today morning . Customer support said i will get the amount in just 2 hours .I will sue legally , you if you are trying to do any kind of fraud . I have all the proofs and screen shot of everything.

I’ve been using the Axio App for a while now, and I must say, it’s been incredibly helpful in managing my tasks and schedules. With the current features in place, adding an expense tracking function would be the perfect addition to make Axio even more versatile. I’m confident that the talented developers behind Axio can pull off this enhancement, just like they’ve done with the existing features. Adding an expense tracker would undoubtedly make this app an all-in-one solution for both productivity and financial management. I’m eagerly looking forward to seeing this addition in future updates. You will struggle with their customer service if you find yourself in a bad situation instead of helping you out they will lie to you and not give info so that you are charged with late payment fees. Worst loan provider, no customer service and scam to keep charging you extra. I try to contact them before the due date and they will not give any response and after due date there cc talks rudely and don’t help you out and instead lie that the extra charges will be waived off due to our fault but they don’t. I am not going to pay the remaining amount if action is not taken. I am done talking to you guys and for someone who is looking to take loan from Axio WARNING!!! Don’t take it
