Worst quality

I purchased trekking shoes, but after just one use, they were damaged, with the sole coming apart. I contacted the company within 10 days of receiving the shoes, requesting a replacement. Initially, they suggested I get the shoes repaired externally, which I was not comfortable with. After further discussion, I decided to return the product and requested a replacement, which I did. However, I had to pay 420 rupees for shipping, and when I asked for a refund of this amount, they refused.

My main concern is that I bought these shoes based on positive reviews and because the company had promoted their product on Shark Tank, highlighting their growth. Despite all this, the shoes didn’t even last one use. This has caused me to lose trust in their product.

It’s frustrating to have wasted my money on something that wasn’t worth it. I’m really disappointed and saddened by this experience.

Worst service

I believe this is the worst shopping portal I have come across in a while. I had placed an order on 17th of July which did not get processed till today. The app or website don’t give you option to cancel the order or contact customer service. Finally I called the customer help desk and I got through 12th time. I asked the executive to cancel the order and he said okay sir you will receive a mail. I did receive the mail which said the order has been cancelled but the refund has not been issued. I mean seriously!
What do I do now? Call again and request my refund?
Frustrating!
