I never used write a review . It’s first time thought of writing. I ordered a badminton racquet from Badminton SOUQ and cancelled it within a couple of hours as I placed the order by mistake. It’s been almost 3 weeks now, and I still haven’t received any refund. There is no proper customer service available – the contact number provided in the app is not reachable, and there’s zero response or support from their end.This kind of service is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. The app feels like a fraud platform, and I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Badminton SOUQ. It’s shocking that a company based in Thrissur is operating this way, ignoring basic customer rights.Save yourself the trouble and don’t waste your money or time here.

Please beware everyone. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS. I gave my Astrox 100zz for a crack repair in April. Now it is June and I have no info about my racquet. Whenever I ask, they say it is in workshop. When I pressed them, they are saying there will be a delay due to electrical issue. I then read reviews on Google Playstore and saw that they have scammed several people like this. They will take your high-end racquets and vanish.

Do not ever purchase or send your racquet for repair, they will stop responding in 1 month and also keep your stuff, they don’t have refund in there companies dictionary, complete scammers. Soon will file a consumer court complaint against this company. They have no idea who they picked a fight with this time.
