Need option to make drawdown from app
App is simple and easy to use. However all options available on Internet portal is not available. Due to this have to switch frequently between app and Internet portal. For example, there is no option to make a drawdown request in the app, for this I have to switch to Internet website. This is not a convenient way. I hope you will soon make the option available on the app as well.
Bajaj finance is good but this app is as bad as anything......i have taken TV and have loan i have paid 4 emi......from the day when i took loan...i tried to login to this App but everytime when i try to login......First step its ask me to enter my Phone number that step goes proper......Second it ask to to enter OTP even this goes properly......Third it ask for date of birth even this step goes properly......then Forth it ask me to change password enter old password and enter new password......this is my first time i dont know what is my old password i newer registered how can i enter my old password when is was newer created......please suggest is there a default password or help to login into your BAJAJ APP

Very poor services and irresponsible staff 7 days ago applied for loan and 5 days ago got a confirmation call that everything is ok and you will receive a call with in 20 minutes to process the amount but it’s 120 hours passed no call then i heard about that writing a mail to customer care will be answered within 3 days thats also over no reply customer care numbers there is pre recorded message that leave your number for back call more then 20 times message recorded but no back call i am shocked what happened to bajaj this was the best finance company but now i am speechless
