Rated 2*App is not very user friendly.1. User has to be able to see clearly that which are all document already submitted successfully or there has been some failure.2. Instructions given before proceeding to upload documents, are little bit different when we start actual upload of jpeg files.As per guidelines from Bajaj people I was instructed to upload only upload jpeg format files though we have pdf upload option available, which is really very bad.3. After we upload documents or any type of action performed, we should get notified about the same saying which all documents user has uploaded recently and also should be able to see existing files uploaded. In case after doc recovery team finds some deficiency in the documents and we notified from them then we should be able to see and verify their expectations which will help us to proceed further and make required corrections in the documents.4. There is no such screen or progress bar available to validate if user’s action were successful or failure.5. Buttons does not seem to be relevant such as if I want to see existing claims, then I need to look for Make Claim -> My Claims.6. Earlier claim register process was a pain for other than network hospital when I used this app for the first time.7. +ve review - app is faster.

I have applied for motor cycle insurance on 14 apr 24 through this app. Didnt got any update on policy or its documents other than the payment confirmation receipt for 10 days. when i approached the customer care they said my kyc is not update hence policy wont be generated and asked me to send pan card and aadhar card. Instantly i forwarded them to the asked email id on 25 apr 24. your team asked me to wait for 24-48. Now today when i asked to the customer care about update on the policy generation and its documents. Mr Ramakant he is not at all bother to listened to my words and asked me to wait till 7.30pm or so today. till then if not resolved then again have to raise the compliant. i said its been 2 days already and if at all any doubt or query related to document is there then i can resolve it now and kindly provide me with the policy now as its already been 12 days of it. But he didnt listen to my words and asked me to wait for another 4 hours. as it mail i have sent may take 48 hours to respond. Is this a joke? i am telling him i am not having motorcycle policy and riding my bike without insurance on road since 12 days and he is asking me to wait. really is this the service i should expect from your esteemed organisation?

I have taken this plan through HDFC. The Hdfc sales person told me that you can cancel within 15days and will get full refund. And they have told this plan got benefits and you will get to know full benefits when you take the plan. So i took and i didn’t like them as they are of no use to me. So i checked with both hdfc and bajaj team to cancel. The best part both are saying it cannot be cancelled from their end. Its been more than 10 days i have applied for cancellation and i still get same copy paste message “our team will get back with you in 24 hours” and they never get back until i check with them. Even i called the customer support i have been in the call for 1 hour waiting 🥱. After a lot the explanation they gave was, it was done through hdfc and i need approval from hdfc to cancel. I mean what ?!! I am a customer of the plan who is HDFC?! He is just a mediator who brought you customer why do you need approval from hdfc?! Anyways don’t fall for the trap, unless you are knowing all benefits and its useful to you. Savdaan rahe satark rhe! Jai hind !

Please don’t use this app to check for a quote of any kind of Policy. They would chase continuously and would make your life hell. I was casually checking for health policy just to see the comparison with my corporate policy and just after few minutes I started getting continuous calls. Even after numerous requests and feedback they have not activated my DND request.Only use this to view details of your existing policies and if you don’t have one then please give a second thought before downloading the app.
