Bank Muscat Mobile Banking 12+

Most of the times while login it’s displaying system under maintenance, try again later.
Also while clicking the finger scan button for Face ID there seems to be no response until we swipe up the screen. It feels like not user friendly.

This is the most pathetic and most stupidest App i’ve used and deleted. such a hopeless waste.

Reason for my review :
I was using this so called in my old phone after an N number of times it worked. lately i changed my phone and while trying to login in, it says new phone not registered😂. fine, i trued to update my nee phone, and in the last stage it says user name and password are incorrect. okay, let me change me password and try it again, on the forgot my password page, it says your phone is not registered and vice versa. THIS IS CALLED PURE USLESS DEVELOPING.

I like the new look and the dash boards. Its looking modern and pleasing. Under the contact section, the email id and phone number are not having a hyperlink feature; if they were clickable it would be better.

Another issue is the new app needs a faster internet (or I feel so). May be you can include a lighter version for poor connections as well.

Its a welcome addition to have face ID. Some bank apps have option to see balance of selected accounts with out login (eg: Stan Chart). It will be useful too.

I wish if the app auto pick OTPs from messages as well.
