The good things: 1. Property searching is easy: clean UI, saved searches, helpful filters 2. All the latest listings: you can be on top of trends and quickly contact listings as soon as they show up 3. Simple to contact agents/owners and keep track of your house hunt so far What's lacking: Listings from big providers like Provis/Asteco, PMM, ADCP are often not at all available and if available, pretty stale.

The app is awesome in itself. The filters and viewing of properties is simply amazing. But you will have the following issues with agents. Agents put up properties at a reduced cost just so that you show interest. When you visit the premises they will never have the units at a lower cost. Moreover agents don’t put up the unit numbers for you to verify them. If you tell about a unit you saw online for a lower cost they will simply say that it has been rented out already. Another problem is that these days agents don’t bother to show you the premises and will ignore your messages. I think there has to be a way to rate agents and agencies. This would level the playing field. Agents simply will not entertain you right until the last week of your expiring contract making the situation very difficult.

Nice to find out with multiple Flexibility and App is very user friendly.. Agents are also should be little more responsive and professionals by helping the clients to finalize the perfect property as per their needs and budget.
