Wonderful concept and a life saver.

I have been using the BB daily app for nearly a month now and it would not be wrong to say that the it is a brilliant concept.
Key takeaways for all customers such as me and vendors from the app are:

1. The easy interface for finding and selecting the item.
2. Almost everything you name it, it is available on the app except for non-veg food items.
3. Unlike other grocery ordering apps even the regular big basket app which often unable to deliver all items and issue refund, the BB daily app ensures all items are delivered.
4. The most beautiful thing about their service is they just have single delivery slot which means when you wake up in the morning your items are delivered to your doorstep. They have never failed or disappointed us in this regard. However you need to order milk by 10 pm of the previous day and for all other stuff the cut off time is 8 pm.
5. Fruits and veggies are extremely fresh for consumption and priced very competitively. Anyone can afford.
6. During such unprecedented times, where a person tries to avoid getting in contact with the local grocery shop crowd and stay safe indoors, these guys are unbelievably assisting people in an extremely efficient way.

Great job for your awesome daily services and we expect you to maintain the consistency in the long run. Thumbs up!

Worst Customer Support

BBDaily is one of the worst Service with the very worst Customer Service never have. And even their System is one completely cheating the customers. I ordered few items long back at first week of April, which the system allowed me to choose 20+ items and it billed around 3000 Rs. and since I am first time customer and no amount in Wallet, asked me to pay, I did. Then after complete payment it didn’t allow me to place my order and so I conduct Customer support after many tries and came to know it’s only 10 items allowed due to lockdown. I am fine for that and why should they give that caution only after collecting full amount and when there is no withdrawal? The withdraw takes 7-9 days due RBI norms, but is this collecting amount for non buying products comes under what norms? Then I ordered 10 items and requested for the balance, but till now they didn’t process the withdrawal with saying plenty of reasons. It’s now 21 days since I paid and there is no withdrawal request made. So even if they request now, do I get only after 7-9 days? Then they hold my money for 21 days, without any order, where it comes? And the Customer service is the one which never answer rightly, and only automate messages. We too aware of WFH customer services who are doing their best, but none like this worst. No call, no reply, no help, no money. In fact I started to publish this all whereever and want to get this BBDaily punished severely for this.

Did not receive the prepaid order

So, this is the first time I tried their Daily service. I had to enter the address by choosing the pin location on the map. And it turned out to be incorrect. I couldn’t change the location text (in retrospect I should not have proceeded) but I thought when I get a Call for confirmation/ delivery, I will get it corrected. Unbeknownst to me, the package was already delivered. I did not receive any call or notification for it. Turns out it was delivered at the wrong location. When I called customer care and told them about the mix up. They said they have no call policy and the package was simply left at the address without confirming with the receiver whether they ordered it or not. So, I asked them to at least go back and retrieve as it is not to late. They said they don’t have a pick up policy.
I understand that there was address mix up because the app didn’t let me correct it. But I am very disappointed with the response that they were not even willing to ‘try’ to fix it as a onetime exception.
You can’t be careless with prepaid orders when you know, no person will deny receiving a free product. So, the responsibility lies on the delivery service to ‘ensure’ that it is delivered to the right person.
I suggest you change your no call policy at least for first time customers.
I will think twice before making a prepaid order now.
