BEHCA serves as an interactive support plan for the care team of individuals exhibiting challenging and complex behavior by enabling easy to use and customizable observation tracking - including behavior, environment and health related factors. This empowers an individual’s circle of support with a high fidelity of insight into what is influencing behavior.

Notify parents, support staff and other collaborators in real time when documenting observations for an individual and receive alerts if scheduled medication is missed through the HIPAA compliant Medication Administration Records (MAR and narcotic counting) system.

Analyze recorded data at the caliber demanded by professional behavior specialists with the automatically assembled and configurable Analysis Dashboard. Show reports and graphs on behavior (including Desirable, Warning, Challenging Behavior, and Intervention Strategies), environment and health data, as well as reports highlighting frequency, duration and intensity of observations. Review efficacy of interventions and medication supports based on real-time data and round-the-clock observation entry.

The BEHCA app is a way to quickly and easily enter data and get on with your day. All data is synchronized with the BEHCA web app which offers a multitude of customization and collaboration options.

Therapeutic Support, Residential Providers, Schools and individual families are all served by the BEHCA app through our person-centered pricing plans – with all plans starting with a no-strings-attached 30 day free trial and include an unlimited number of invited collaborators (staff, specialists and parents).

Subscriptions will renew within 24 hours before the subscription period ends, and you will be charged through your App Store account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store Account settings at any time. Pricing shown is for the US store. Pricing in other stores will vary.
