App is not working properly since four months; every time there is a request to switch account even when there is only one account, after trying to follow that it errors stating Oops something went wrong
To start with, no one in Bescom has any idea why they have the app. People who don’t want to pay bribe are taken for a fun ride and get free workout class in Bescom office (they make you visit all the floors in the office)I took temporary connection and I’m not ready to pay bribe. It takes me three days of visiting to Bescom office every month for renewable.
Was advised by the staff that renewal can be done on the app. However when I paid and come to Bescom office they now have no idea where the paid money when to. Was it added to the recharge or has gone into advance balance, only god knows..!
Everyone knows that nothing happens without bribe in government offices. It’s a know fact but nothing can be done.!! Life goes on.

Why is this app even on the App Store complete waste of space on your device, I had no power for the entire day and no way to contact these guys over phone as they’re numbers not working so I turned towards the app and realised this app is just a gimmick, BESCOM is daylight robbery, u call them during power outages they only have one answer ‘sir feeder failure’ makes me feel like we are depending on some stone age power generation system. We could rather go off grid and live off batteries than depending on these guys coz even if u call them saying your on life support system and has no backup generator they’d only say “sir feeder failure”.
The developer, BESCOM Mithra, has not provided details about its privacy practices and handling of data to Apple.
