The only option I use is Search by 'Route' under the plan tab, where you enter the bus number and it shows you the live location of the bus.A great attempt to getting more people to use the public transportation. But the app still needs a lot of work, most of the time it lags out if you try to jump from one option to another, and the interface needs to get more user-friendly and detailed with offline charts and a better way of notifying users of the bus when it's close by as only then will customers be able to rely on this app.

Ok first of all I must congratulate BEST for creating this app, this is huge step towards becoming passenger friendly. Leave aside everything, I rated 5 solely for creating this app, because this was the need of an hour, Using technology as a tool for providing better services and creating value out of it is what today’s mantra. Best should have done this long long ago, but they say better late than never. BEST has reduced fares but those who can afford alternate mode would still avoid BEST primarily due to the fact that they would not know if at all bus would come at their stop if yes then in how much time. This will surely increase revenue of best and cost spent on creating app would be worth for BEST.As for comments from users that tracking is not available for many buses, I used it, tracking is available for all routes, whenever you don’t see tracking of particular route is because bus has not started from the originating stop/depot or bus has just passed from your stop and no other buses coming from originating stop/depot. When bus again start from originating stop/depot, you will again start seeing tracking. If the bus has not started from originating stop/depot, one should check the timings of bus to understand when next bus will start from originating stop/depot.

It would be more helpful if the Explore tabs showed all bus stops across the city instead of just the ones close to my current location because there is no way to find out the exact name of the specific bus stop I am looking to travel to if I am not regularly traveling to the specific bus stop. Also it would be more helpful if the app worked like Google maps where you can put your Origin and destination and it would suggest the closest bus stops so that the user can avoid having to look for the exact names of the bus stop to enter in the app.

The last update is not compatible with the Dark mode. Can see the map and the bus stops but when I tap on a particular bus stop can’t see the bus numbers that will stop or their ETA . Similarly with searches and planning. I have to switch to normal mode so that I can use this app and then when I’m done I go back to the Dark Mode. It’s such a useful app please fix this bug .
