FRESH VEGETABLES
We source fresh vegetables directly from farmers on a daily basis and ensure that only the fresh and quality product reaches our customers. Our team establishes direct contact with farmers through various channels, visits their farms, understands the process of growing and harvesting. We shortlist and onboard the farmers based on their capabilities to supply quality products.

Our long-term goal is to build efficient supply-chain management with the support of the farmers which gives more margin to farmers as well.


FRESH FRUITS
We source fresh fruits directly from collection centers and trusted distributors on a daily basis and stored them at cooler temperatures to retain the freshness and quality. We offer a wide variety of fresh, exotic, and seasonal fruits at the best quality and best price

MARKET PRICE
We offer the best price in the market to our customers eliminating the middle-level margin by sourcing the products directly from the farmers and manufacturers. In addition, we offer discounts and cash backs to our customers for selected products on a daily basis.

Our objective is to save our customers from inflated prices and build a long-term customer relationship by offering quality products at competitive prices.

HYGIENE & SAFETY

We maintain a high standard of hygiene and safety precautions to protect our customers and staff. We have mandated all our delivery and other staff to wear face masks, frequent hand sanitization, and use of Aarogya Setu app. Our staff is allowed to start the duty only after the temperature checks on a daily basis.

We advise customers to opt for contactless delivery of orders to avoid direct contact with our delivery boy. The delivery boy will place the delivery of the order at the doorstep or security point of the customer as instructed by the customer. The delivery boy then waits a long distance for the customer to pick up the order and get the acceptance of delivery from the customer through the mobile notification before he leaves the customer's place.

We encourage our customers to pay for the order through contactless online mode only as a safety precaution. We have disabled cash on delivery and card on delivery payment mode till further notice.
