No hicups
The search, and the browsing are amazing. The filter criteria can improve a bit. But the scrolling and browsing are smooth and effortless.
Chat Function is of no use
I tried contacting customer care using chat feature. After explaining the concerns in the chat, the Associate is closing the window without any acknowledgment. This happened multiple times. I think this behaviour is unprofessional and unacceptable. I started feeling like this app is a SCAM .. I spent EUR 40 on my order and now I am not getting any assistance.
