**Customer Service Issues:**I attempted to reach out to their customer service multiple times. However, all my efforts have been met with silence. The customer service number provided is either unreachable or goes unanswered. Additionally, I tried using the customer service chat feature on their website, but it appears to be non-functional. This lack of communication is incredibly frustrating and adds to my suspicion of their legitimacy.
**Conclusion:**I strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of the Bharat Krishi Store. This experience has led me to believe that their operations may be fraudulent, and they have essentially embezzled ₹1700/- from me without delivering any products.
