Worst app
Nothing to say about this app and service.
Who made this app and who maintaining this app showing the quality of administration, management.
From whole night app server is down and no any other choice we have to recharge electric meter. If you go to sbpdcl website to recharge then you can also see the worst maintenance and services provided by Bihar electric department. Nothing is working.
Overall worst service providing system. Bihar must learn from other states how to provide services.
Meter and App
I have experienced that while the disconnection is made for non payment restoration is not immediately on payment like in case of mobile or TV.
Also every time card details are to be filled in . It’s worthy of mention that while paying for Airtel mobile I have to fill in card details only once and in all subsequent payments only CV No has to be filled in. And you get a OTP.
Payment system should be easier like in Airtel App.
App with various issues
The App is good it gives day to day update of usage but unable to understands the charges charges that is shown in app as it doesn’t provide the details of govt. subsidy on daily basis. As per my view it should also provide subsidy adjustment details in daily billing so that we can get assures that subsidies are getting adjusted and also there is issue with app when we check the unit consumption it hangs and have to close the aap
