It was a hellish experience ordering by food from this app. The app has no feature of tracking the food ordered, or getting any updates regarding your order. To get any updates, you have to call their centralised call centre number which is an excruciating experience in itself. I got an order delivered after more than 1.5 hours, whole time I was in dark, and this was when the outlet is just 2 km away from my house. The customer service people, when they have no answer, drop your call after putting you on hold for 10 mins. It took 6 calls to the customer service to get my food delivered, after 1.5 hours, I repeat.
