I appreciate the incredible user-friendliness of this app. It operates swiftly and seamlessly, with a well-organized menu that allows for swift item selection and deselection. I particularly admire its distinct options for both delivery and pickup. The "Deal of the Day" prominently featured on the start screen simplifies finding discounted products. The "Offers" tab facilitates selecting the most suitable offer according to your preferences. Moreover, the "Deliver Later" option is a great feature for serving fresh food when expecting guests at home.

The offers are good but the app is a pain. It has no tracking updates for the order whatsoever. I have only ordered twice from this app and both the times I could not track my order at all. The first time, it was after an hour had already passed that I googled the outlet and called the outlet directly, and only then I found out that there was no delivery person! After an hour of waiting and no updates! Then it was the guy from the outlet who had to deliver the order to my place. The second time, which is right now, I’m so frustrated because again, more than an hour has passed, no tracking update whatsoever on the app. I called their customer support, no response, nothing whatsoever! Even the person from the outlet is not responding! This is such a frustrating app and I’m so annoyed at the lack of options right now! You can either call or email customer support, no option to chat. I’m growing hangrier by the minute, feeling helpless! Horrible experience.

Big fan of their delicious biryani specially chicken 65 biryani .. also it’s really very easy to order thru this app. On time delivery , good packaging and so many deals, offers mentioned so clearly. Highly recommended app ❤️

It was a hellish experience ordering by food from this app. The app has no feature of tracking the food ordered, or getting any updates regarding your order. To get any updates, you have to call their centralised call centre number which is an excruciating experience in itself. I got an order delivered after more than 1.5 hours, whole time I was in dark, and this was when the outlet is just 2 km away from my house. The customer service people, when they have no answer, drop your call after putting you on hold for 10 mins. It took 6 calls to the customer service to get my food delivered, after 1.5 hours, I repeat.
