One if the Best Chauffeur I had
What a pleasant hospitality by driver. I was fully engaged with small talks throughout the journey. He was ready to pick on the topic I started. Excellent presence of mind and personal conduct. I can see the the passion more than the job. Great job team, I am impressed with your grooming and attention to detail.
Emirates Business - Driver did not turn up
I was booked on an emirates flight on 21 Jan 2019 and was booked by the airline for a chauffeur transfer to Bangalore airport. The driver checked in to pick up location at 16:10 hrs (as confirmed 4 hours before flight departure). Have sms and email confirming this from Blacklane. However the driver not show up despite repeated calls. I finally had to take an Uber to the airport.
I called the service provider Avis and they promised to call me back with a solution but they haven’t done that.
The driver showed up at my door at 17:04 hrs a full 54 minutes late. I told him I’d taken the Uber and he gave me all kinds of excuses.
Worst of all, there was no call number/ email support from Blacklane. I had to first download the app, register with social media account and then look for help. There again the app did not respond and I finally had to give up.
Extremely disappointing. Feeding the airline back with this update as well

So long as Blacklane is provided with your contact information by Emirates, we will always email you your booking confirmation that includes the contact information for Blacklanes 24/7 customer care crew. I can completely understand your frustration about your chauffeurs lateness, I would like to follow this up to ensure it is not repeated. Great service!
I love using Blacklane as they are very considerate of their customers the cars adjust to any changes in the flight timings and it’s super convenient.
I have used the service for intercity travel as well and I’m happy with that as the cars are clean and drivers are very professional
