I booked a round-trip flight through the Balmer Lawrie app, but the return flight booking failed, and the amount was deducted from my card. The biggest issue is that the failed booking details are not showing anywhere in the app, which makes it very difficult to raise a complaint or track the refund.Only the onward ticket is visible, while the return ticket (which was not booked) has no record or reference number in the app. This is very inconvenient for users, especially when the amount deducted is high.The app needs major improvement in showing failed bookings, payment failures, and refund status clearly. Customer support should also be faster in resolving such cases.

Thanks Balmer team for launching air booking tool, now booking and tracking my flight is easier than before.Now I can easily access my ticket LTC and NON-LTC.And Application UI is simple and easy to understand.Thanks Team.

Balmer is undoubtedly absolutely amazing team helping government servants to book flights at cheaper rates but it’s refund service is very poor. It’s been 17 days I had a complaint of money deduction but flights were not booked. I thought the team is efficient and will do the necessary work but I don’t know when will I get the refund back. The flight I booked were from Chennai to New Delhi (n=3).
