I have been using Blinkit almost every single day for daily essentials. Recently experienced very sad situation I ordered Arhar Dal 2 KG cost 600/- approx . The product on delivery was found spoiled/damaged and not edible. I shared details with Blinkit it took few days for them to decide next steps. It was a daily essential so could not wait long and I purchased the it from local grocery store. I asked them to refund the amount or get me some other item for same amount but Blinkit refused to do so. The only option given to me was we can replace the same product. I lost the trust in same brand hence I refused to receive same brand but I was still open to receive any other brand . Blinkit could not cater my small request and my money is stuck. Being a regular Customer I expected a high level of service from Blinkit but they failed to meet my expectations. I have deleted the app and will never recommend use of any online app for daily essentials when they are not flexible to handle customer dissatisfaction even when there product was damaged. Local grocery shops do take real time actions on such issues. I can share pictures of product I received .

I really don’t want to do this, but I have to today, I ordered kulfis and ice cream, one of the ice cream was completely melted, and they came to take the item, I refunded, however, it was really unnecessary, and without asking me where I want the refund, they gave me a coupon, and the agent I spoke to said I agreed to it, where as I never said okay to get a refund as a coupon. Blinkit is such a messed up online store that there are times when we order something by mistake and don’t want it, but they won’t take the return and not ready to return. We have to keep it even if we don’t need it, now for an ice cream which was already melted when it arrived, and I raised an issue within 3 mins of receiving the order, they wanted to come and take the item, which would just go to dustbin, it was not edible at all, it was a vanilla flavour but it turned off white, when it melted, not sure why… also I give a 1 star rating to all my orders as they charge delivery fee of ₹16, and handling fee every-time we order but they don’t handle well and don’t deliver good quality items. I don’t recommend this all. I would suggest going for other delivery companies, the service on Blinkit is not good either. I highly don’t recommend to anyone to use Blinkit. Go out and buy things yourself, walk out a little as an exercise, otherwise Ofer from different delivery companies. Very bad service, very disappointed.

The delivery guy wasn’t respecting the ‘Leave at Door’ policy. This is such a huge MISCONDUCT. I have set this policy for privacy reasons. Being a single woman living alone and having experienced misconduct from certain delivery guys when I have opened doors. Yes, this has happened a few times before, like trying to step inside the door or raising voice unnecessarily. None of these incidents were my fault but it has scared me enough to set this policy. My home is my safe space and I don’t want people making ruckus or misbehaving around my home or god forbid worse. Following this policy is so vital, yet this fellow was completely disregarding it. He had the society watchman with him because apparently I didn’t approve his entry request. Now, this was a misunderstanding, because sometimes the Anacity app doesn’t show notifications, in my case it didn’t, our society is new and protocols aren’t rigid. I explained this on the intercom and asked him to leave the parcel at the door as given on the app. I apologised for the inconvenience and extra wait. But does this mean he take out his anger on me??? This fellow was not ready to leave before he sees my face. He asked the watchman to keep ringing the doorbell. Such arrogance and anger was on his face, I could see everything on the intercom. All for a 10 minute wait, which is understandable late time when delivery guys get stuck in traffic isn’t it? Why would I take risk and open the door? For what? The delivery guys are soooo UNPROFESSIONAL.

Guys don’t buy from grofers. These guys will deliver stuff that is almost about to expire. I bought multiple packs of 1ltr tetra pack milk from them. Manufacturing month Feb & delivered in June. Tetra pack milk best before 6 months from manufacturing date. The customer service is even worse. One of the milk tetra pack had gone bad even before the expiry date. So I reported the same on their app. Customer service tells me returns/refunds only possible within 48hrs of delivery. God help you if you order in bulk cause grofers expects you to open everything and check within 48hrs of receiving the product. Their lowest price guarantee scheme is another bummer. I bought an item from there which was cheaper at dmart so instead of returning the item I tried to see what they are willing to do with the lowest price guarantee. I contacted customer chat within 48hrs of receiving the product via the app with the necessary photo proof that the item was available cheaper with dmart. They said that the price difference will be refunded as cashback & will reflect within 24-48hrs in my grofers account but nothing was refunded. When I contact them again saying that I don’t see the refund they tell me that I should’ve reported this within 48hrs of delivery. Seriously can you believe this. I did report within 48hrs. They said they will refund within 48hrs which they didn’t & then when I remind them about the same but now since I am out of the 48hrs from delivery bracket. They show me the finger.
