I have been their customer for 4-5 years and everything was going fine until one day they decide to restrict my account out of the blue.When I asked why I can’t use their blockchain account , they said to me that we don’t know the reason but you can still use our defi wallet account which has private keys . Once they restricted my account they also blocked my access to the crypto that I had in blockchain account and after I said I need my refund they asked me for several documents and id which I provided to them. Even after providing all the information it’s been three weeks they still haven’t refunded my btc and stacks crypto and they don’t even have the courtesy to reply to my emails. It’s been a pathetic experience for me trying to get my crypto refunded back to me . I send them email every second still no reply to those emails and they don’t give you any date when are they gonna refund your crypto. I would request everyone not to store their hard earned crypto with this app cuz they don’t care about your money or you as a customer. Please be aware of their strategies to steal your crypto. May you guys don’t have to go through this cuz it is not a good experience at all. I am worried if I will ever get my crypto refunded back to me or not.

I don’t even know how this app got such good reviews! Maybe it’s a good wallet to store bitcoins but don’t buy Bitcoins through this app. They take your money and won’t respond later. I asked them time and again to help me with the issue and they don’t even bother replying. Pathetic Customer Support, they don’t bother responding to your mails if it’s about cancellation of your order. You can kiss your money goodbye if your miner is a fraud, I got only one reply which says “please contact the exchange or merchant you were working with, we can’t help you” When I asked for the merchant details, I didn’t get any reply! This incident made me end my journey of investing in Bitcoins, which I thought is a great investment. Thanks to this pathetic wallet - Blockchain

I am really disappointed by the this version of app I am very much tired of trying to add my bank account for deposit money but not able found yet from where I have to start the bank account addition process. Another thing is that I tried to upload my verification document but the app want the documents upload only by means of camera what’s the logic behind I am not getting it. At last thing and the serious one all this app made up and efforts doing only for that the end user should simplifies their trading and transactions complex’s but whenever I tried to open for trade the throw me out from the trade window then why should use such if my main purpose solve of downloading such app.
