Excellent IoT device for alerts and monitoring
Robust platform to monitor sensor values, automatically log data on Bolt Cloud and visualize. Alerts in case of sensor values crossing threshold are lifesaver.
I am unable to setup the device from my iphone while clicking on the connected device it didn’t open and unable to connect to my router as it is not providing any option while configuring my device

We are sorry to know that you faced an issue while setting up your Bolt device. We will ensure that your device is setup.
Steps to solve the issue: 1. INSTALL LATEST UPDATE: Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the app from AppStore. We believe you must have already done this step, but its better to confirm as we had just pushed an update couple of days back to solve the device setup issue for iOS 13.
2. PROVIDE LOCATION ACCESS: Once you have the app updated to the latest version and open the app, it will request for location permission as you proceed with the setup. As per Apple’s developer guidelines, iOS 13 requires location permission to allow searching for the WiFi network. We do not use your location from our side. So you will have to provide the location permission as “While Using the App”.
3. TRY SETUP PROCESS: After completing the above steps, please try setting up the device. Let us know if the setup is completed with this suggestion.
If the issue persists, can you share a short video recording while you do the setup? The app and Bolt device (*mainly the LEDs) should be visible. Please share the video on firstname.lastname@example.org.
