This app has quickly become one of my favorite apps, thanks to its sleek design and powerful features as I used to shop from the website very frequently. I appreciate the attention to detail and dedication to user satisfaction through its products but items selected for wishlist vanished every time we closed the app. It's truly a game-changer and a must-have app for anyone looking to improve their overall digital experience.

Bad bad bad…. I will never recommend you guys to anyone as I felt that you guys haven’t provided all the details like you do not have any exchange policy now I have ordered a crop top so I wanted a bigger size but I saw there is no exchange policy and then I thought I will return it and order the larger size but unfortunately the return was also not available for that now what a customer can do in this it was waste of my money and what I will do with that top??? The customer service executive was also not helping me this was the worst experience I have ever had That I do not have any option to exchange or return any product.. shame I will never order from you guys.. fraud people Also before getting to know about that which product you can return you have to pay 100rps for return after paying you will get to know that you can return it or not. If you have changed any policy you guys should post it on the front page of your web or app so that your customers should get to know about that unfortunately you guys didn’t mentioned it and I had this bad experience now I am not able to think what I will do with that top bcoz it will not fit meeee…..

I am extremely disappointed with your service and will never recommend your company to anyone. You failed to provide all the necessary details, especially about your exchange policy. I ordered a pair of bottoms and wanted to exchange them for a bigger size, but I discovered there is no exchange policy. I then considered returning them and ordering a larger size, only to find out that returns are also not available for that item. What is a customer supposed to do in this situation? It feels like a complete waste of money, and now I'm stuck with bottoms that don't fit. The customer service executive I spoke with was also unhelpful. This company thinks they own customers money. Once placed an order from bonkers app any payment option cod, netbanking, upi if a return is placed then amount is credited to bonkers wallet with a limited validity of 1 year, fools think this strategy will help them maintain the hype but in reality losing its loyal customers Moreover to place a return you need to send them ₹100 via upi or netbanking (which gets credited back to wallet later) but still such vague and non reasonable policies by this company is a sign its not gonna combat competition in future.Regarding the app interface there are a lot of glitches and its not even smooth. No Exchange policy and payment fail a lot of times. Another Experience if you by any chance receive a defective product customer support expects you to create a video unboxing with every bonkers product you receive and inform then within 24hrs (well unboxing is not mentioned in policy)Genuine ReviewCheers!
