Well, we were privileged to stay at Flo’s Cottage with my wife and daughter for 3 days. John and Heather were so helpful, kind and made our stay so comfortable and made us feel at home. Meeting them first time we felt we’ve known them for ages.
The cottage was comfortable and had all amenities in place and up-to-date. John and Heather also helped us to drop us at the wedding venue and also pick us up which they happily did for us couple of days. This was indeed kind of them and we don’t know how to thank them enough.
We had a brilliant stay and look forward staying at Flo again. Thank you John and Heather for making a part of your family with so much warmth, love and caring. Thank you

I've been using this app for all my travel needs, and it's been a one-stop solution for booking rooms and cars. Every time I've made a booking, the information has been accurate, and the rooms have always been available as promised. It's the most consistent travel and hotel booking app I've ever used. Recently, I've also started getting out the Genius levels, and it has a good discounts on room and car booking. Highly recommend this app for hassle-free travel planning!

I had a reservation recently, I reserved a room at a hotel for the price that was shown in the app. I reached the location early in the morning and there was a price mismatch. Apparently, the price that was quoted in the app was false as the owner wasn’t willing to give the room for 4 times the price shown in the app. I called the customer support and they put me on hold to call the owner of the hotel, they couldn’t get the owner to talk to them and told me they could only send an email to him regarding the price mismatch. I have been travelling for 10hrs straight, tired and sweaty was left stranded without any actual solution. Even the customer support hung up on me. I was glad I didn’t pay the amount online and chose the option to pay at the hotel. It’s just my utmost request, just update the actual price of the hotel rather than falsely advertising a cheap rate. I really hope this doesn’t happen to me or anyone else next time.
