I booked water almost 2 weeks back - the planned delivery was 1 week after the booking. I am still waiting for my water. When I check the app everyday the delivery date changes to today’s date. When I talk to their customer service they say that they are facing operational challenges and on ground labor. The local guy in my society is able to bring me good quality water everyday. I don’t know what is wrong with this company. They charge you before the delivery - but there is no delivery. I waited for few days but then I had to go back to buy water can from quick commerce or get it from local company. If you guys are still not planning to deliver my order - at-least give my money back. Show some professional respect to your customer.

Ever since Diwali dawned there has been a drastic drop in Customer service, in fact there has been no Customer service at all. The app has been giving error messages and not communicating with 3rd party payment vendors. No response from Customer Care on telephone and chat and mail. Absolutely awful service. If you continue this way, you will be losing a lot of us. Hope you guys seriously revamp your service. Regards. Bala.

They are thiefs as they do not return your deposit once taken.They do not deliver water on time and if you complain no one resolves the complaints instead they block your account leaving you helpless.it’s better not to take their service.
