The worst app ever experienced. Poor communication, waste of time when you try opening an account. Even one star is much too for this.
Useless app, why is it mandate to open Riyad bank current account?
It will always get stuck in any screen while opening account
Cannot open an account
After completing all the steps and procedures, the account is not opened.
On the last step to issue card, the page is just loading for a lot time approx 10 to 15 mins and no feedback whether the account is opened or not.
Please fix this issue.
Not opening account
Very very bad service. After completion on last step nothing was done even u wait 10 min .
