Image in the signature
Boxer email app is the best email app so far I have tried many email app for iOS but this is no doubt THE BEST app and it has all set of features which is required for any individual or corporate email user
There is one thing which I think should be tuned up, when we set default HTML signature with an embedded image or company logo in the .jpg format, at times of composing or forwarding the email the quality of the embedded logo in signature drastically reduced and it looks bad actually because your company logo or any image which is a part of signature gets looking bitter at times of the email is sent and received in inbox of the receiver. it looks ugly..
I request developer to fix it immediately
Notification count
Almost for a month or so I am not getting correct count on boxer icon. For example if there are 50 unread mails in inbox count which I get is any other number say 72 or 15 which is no where correlated.
Bank IT help desk has been trying to fix this. Despite making all efforts this issue is not fixed till now.

Notification Issues
Not a big fan of Boxer and forced to use it to be able to configure official mails as per the company policy. Notification issue had been a consistent one and never resolved properly for emails. Don’t really understand how difficult can it be to make the notification work!!!! Pointless if I have to keep refreshing it manually to check for new malls. All settings are in the correct mode - like push notifications enabled, background data enabled, notifications are all on, multiple attempts of uninstalling and reinstalling but everything is of no use.

Hi, sorry to hear you're unhappy with your experience with Boxer. This is not the expected behavior and we understand why you might be frustrated. Please, reach out to your IT help desk for assistance as they have the tools to troubleshoot this with you. This might be as simple as them needing to set up our free Email Notification Service which will enable notifications as well as additional features such as VIP notifications and background syncing.
If they're not able to identify the cause of notification issues, they can escalate to our Support teams for further assistance.
