I booked a hotel this morning in Kaushambi. I received the confirmation for the payment and booking. Although as soon as I reached the destination, I got to know that the said place is not taking bookings from Brevistay, how so very convenient! :) I contacted customer care services and asked them to rectify this ASAP, but even after waiting in the lobby for almost 40 minutes, there was no confirmation at all. Not only today, my previous experience with the app has not been very pleasant, but I still came back to it thinking it might have been a fluke the last time, but guess not! I trusted this app a lot but the results have been so not worth it. Really disappointed.
