Buggy app

The app shows device status as connected although the device is physically disconnected. Also server connection issues always pop in rendering the devices disconnected.

If you are experiencing issues with your device going offline frequently, it is possible that this issue may be related to the settings on your router. To troubleshoot this issue, we recommend the following steps:

1. Check the router's settings and make sure the security mode for the 2.4Ghz network is WPA2.
2. Turn off the firewall. (optional)
3. Select 802.11 b/g/n for WiFi protocol.
4. Check the port forwarding to make sure TCP 80, 8080, 16384, 1812 are enabled (optional)
5. Turn off PMF(Protected Management Frames)

Server busy problem frequently

Almost every thing is fine but every day once or twice it says server busy and not taking any commands for remote control.

Dear customer, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. We suggest you reboot the router or change to another WIFI network to see if the problem can be solved. Besides, 1. Please check the service port under the router to make sure that TCP 80, 8080, 16384, 1812 is enabled
. 2. Check the firewall settings, you need to make sure that our mac address is in the whitelist 3. It is recommended to enable the DHCP function. Thanks for your understanding.
