They are running a scam

I'm sorry to see the state of affairs in this organization where after duping customers of money on false claims of providing the cook services they have sent people who haven't cooked even at their own homes and then forging false biodatas full of false claims about their experience which hasn't been vetted at all and then harassing consumers for 2 months replying to their grievances after 10 -15 days of us raising the complaints on pretexts of "sorry I was on a vacation" (seems like only a couple of people are there in the organization and if one goes for a leave then organization stops working) and even after all this calling to tell us your standpoint that they could not help these things as these are grey areas after claiming multiple false things on their website and app and that they could not make refunds after wasting 2 months of time of the consumer. After being harassed for more than 2 months I actually had no expectations of a refund or a replacement, but atleast I expected then to be cordial with the consumer rather than throwing their weight around and going on a tirade without listening to the customer (rather it should be the other way round after all this harassment from Broomees). It seemed like they wanted to just say your point without listening to the consumer and it felt like a speech rather than a conversation and they are running a scam.
Would request to stay away from this app if you don’t wanna get duped.

Fraud organisation

Promise the world, deliver zilch. Charge us 18k gave the help 14k. Three months is maximum that the helps stay. The moment you complain about the quality they will falsely accuse the customers. The moment you train the helps they are made to leave. All helps eat guthka and will even try and give it to the child to put them to sleep. Investors should refrain because highly unprofessional management, it’s a sinking ship due to the founders inexperience in handling business. They are in for only easy money even the staff salaries suffer a lot of times. They only try to get more funding. Sharing pictures of simple egg, dosa, bhindi in seviyan, spilled milk but phone running and guthka. These people are a fraud refrain to associate at all cost. The big plan is to launch yearly subscriptions in all cities pocket the money and then accuse the customers of misbehaving with the staff and not service them. Customer will be so shocked at the obscene accusations that most of quietly take this bullying while they blatantly lie and refuse to service. New cities should be careful they are worst than any local help service provider. I hope the authorities investigate the disparity in bills and actual salaries of the help. They have 0 service attitude.

Fraudulent and unethical

I downloaded this app with a lot of hope since I could not take the headache of looking for a cook, but they sent absolute non-experienced cooks who would take leaves every other day. Further, despite their assurance of replacing when they want you to pay the subscription fee, once you request for a replacement, they take 10 days for this replacement (for which you’re paying subscription fee ofcourse) and in fact, ask the previous person to call you and request to keep them just because they’re unable to find someone else. Due to this, I stopped using their service after 1 month even though I had paid subscription fee for 6 months. Now after all this, they directly raised an invoice after 6 months even though I had not renewed my subscription, and asked me to pay, incorporating that a late fee will be applicable, thereby forcing me to contact them for this problem, only to hear that this is just their form of automated reminders. Unfortunately, they’re one of a kind and yet, absolutely fraud and unethical organization for undertaking these practices.
