Avoid This Maid Service in Bangalore – Extremely Disappointing Experience!

I had an awful experience with Broomees in Bangalore. Despite confirming a maid over a week in advance, she never showed up. Repeated follow-ups led to zero action from their side. When they finally provided a maid, she couldn’t even communicate in the language I had clearly requested.

After struggling with their incompetent support team (special mention to their so-called relationship manager, who was completely unhelpful), I requested a refund, which was outright denied. Instead, they promised a replacement, but days have passed, and nothing has been done.

This service is completely unprofessional, unreliable, and a waste of money. If you’re looking for a hassle-free experience, stay far away from them! 🚨🚫

Save yourself from getting scammed

1. They over charge for their maids.
2. No control over the maids. They will take leave without informing.
3. Their police verification claim is fake and bogus. Most maids are over aged while they are 15-20 years younger on Adhaar. And company has no idea about it which is a security cones.
4. Worst relationship managers. You yourself have to followup over and over again to get things resolved.
I can count 10 more things. Better dont waste your money with their subscriptions. It wont resolve your maid problem. Instead its an extra hassle.
