You would have to make new account for this app, your old account on bsnl portal will not get synced with this app. So register with a new account.

BSNL must delete its other apps and the data it hold about its customers on those apps. It must completely delink other apps from its servers as having multiple apps for the same purpose creates a cybersecurity issue and also it’s a financial liability to maintain those apps.

Pros:
1. UI is simple, fluid and easy to use.

2. Facility of having multiple accounts makes this app stand apart from other carrier apps. U can also view plan details, plan expiry date and other info about your other numbers. Honestly this is the best feature of this app.

3. No ads. BSNL please maintain this app without any ads unlike your other apps.

Cons: (only 1)

1. If any subscriber has not subscribed to any plans and is on the default plan having talktime only, this app does not show the rate at which he/she is being charged i.e how many paise/per second or min charged.

The app was good when introduced and vibrant. Again it became unresponsive as tried to register with another no as I my main number is ported to Airtel as Bsnl failed to provide 4 G which is equally bad though. I am getting OTP after 12 hours. So I don’t know how to register? Bsnl Selfcare would be better if it included all Bsnl services into one. Why it need useless multiple app which all are incomplete. Improve this app into full-fledged customer friendly app.
Being a telecom giant why you can’t provide a good standard infrastructure required for app. Provide perfect server with required speed and aperture and live upto the quantum of customer base.
You improved in communication with customers as all personal talk politely and responsible. They are hand tied due to lack of infrastructure as I face this for last 15 years. I received 4 G sim 4 years back but no service till now. Small places were upgraded but 9th richest city Visakhapatnam they faked to provide upgradation.

The visual appeal of this app is much better that other older bsnl apps. But of late the app is not showing the data consumption level. Earlier it used to show the amount of data consumed. But nowadays it always shows remaining data as 0kb. App has to be upgraded regularly unlike the previous BSNL apps. Also with introduction of this app other older apps have to be discontinued as having multiple apps adds to confusion. Also there is no option to add landline number to the app. This has to be incorporated also. Over time more additions to the app can make all BSNL needs to be taken care of by a single app. More payment gateways like upi and Paytm to be added. Reliability of this app has to be rock solid.
