Poor service

I am unable to open any edition of the magazine under subscription. It gives an error suggesting that you are not authorised to open while I have purchased a subscription for a year. There is no helpline contact on the app to resolve this. Pls get this rectified asap

I paid for yearly subscriptions and getting one issue in 2 months. Don’t know whom to follow up with. It’s a complete cheating .
