I got scammed by byjus
BYJUS FRAUD!!!
Even after several mails and even tagging Mr. BYJUS, my refund of the courier charges has not been refunded, they mention in there terms and conditions that 14 days refund period is there, still people they never refund the money and even after several calls to there customer care and mails they haven't refunded my courier charges for sending back there useless tab and product. I urge all people not get trapped in there FRAUD and keep your money and students future safe. There are other people in market who offer far better course and are genuinely concerned for a students studies.

Worst platform for a student
Its a good thing for byju that star rating is start from atlest 1 star otherwise i will give minus 5 star. I bought a course in April and it has been 5 month running and books hasn’t been delivered . Customer support is telling ,due to some technical issue books not delivered . I think so , if byju is not able rectify their issue in 4 months then how it will make students future. So shame for byju😡😡😡😡
To set the “speed option “in the video
Please provide the option to set the speed of the video in which it is playing, few teachers teaches very slow , if the speed option in ipados is provided then we can keep the videos in 1.5x and watch .pls consider this request on behalf of many students .
