HOW TO RECORD CALLS
How to record an incoming call?
Answer the incoming phone call and OPEN THE APP. Tap on the "Call and Record" button on the Place Call tab. Call the "Access number" presented and simply tap on the "Merge Calls" button. Your entire conversation will be recorded.
How to record an outgoing call?
To record an outgoing call, OPEN THE APP. Tap on the "Call and Record" on the Place Call tab. Select the contact and make an outgoing call. You can record your entire conversation.

Lack of clear instructions
I am glad that you developers are trying to serve the customers the best you can, and am very happy that the call recordings are unlimited. However, I was unable to record a single incoming call, as the instructions aren't very clear as to what needs to be done to record an incoming call. I tried pressing the "Call" button from the app, but it led to the same screen of Contacts and Keypad. There was no option of directly merging an incoming call with your servers.

The incoming call merge instructions are part of the onboarding process but we agree that it is easy to miss. We have released an updated version of the app which guides you through the process. Essentially the steps are -
1. Click the call button
2. Dial the access number
3. Merge calls when the call is connected

Stop recording call 🛑⛔️
Ez tape is suddenly stop working in my iphone .i can not make call from ez tape and also can not merge call from this phone .call is automatically disconnected after few seconds and i can not use merge call option as well. I hope u will look into this matter as soon as possible and enabled my call recording peocess from my phone .

Very useful app
