Was working fine but now only from wifi on which cam is connected

It was working fine but now rarely connects via mobile data

Now it connects well from wifi on which cam is connected but not on mobile data

Was working fine but now only working on wifi

The camera was working fine for last 1 month on wifi as well as internet mobile data, but now we can only connect the view the live Video when Both cctv and phone is on same wifi. Earlier I can watch the live video from anywhere using mobile data, but now live view can only be seen using wifi and on the place where the camera is present.

Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest as we are selling it.

Need same wifi

This need same wifi for phone aswell as the camera for live. Otherwise it is not easily working please update the app
