“CANDI” denotes Canara Digital.

A Lite, intuitive and Multi-Channel adaptive upgraded version of “CANDI” mobile Banking app offers a host of customer centric functionalities such as multi-mode funds transfer viz. RTGS,NEFT & IMPS, Fixed and Recurring Deposit opening, Pay EMI / loans, scheduled payments, Nomination, Integrated Bill Pay, Integrated UPI etc., as additional features.

Steps to install:

1. Kindly visit Play Store/App Store on your smart phone and search Canara Bank Mobile Banking application. Click on mobile app icon & click to install.
2. After successful installation open app by clicking new Canara mobile banking icon.
3. Click on next button to continue after selecting the Registered Mobile Number (RMN)with the Bank. SMS will be initiated by the selected SIM; Ensure balance is available to send the SMS successfully.
4. After successful Mobile Number validation, an OTP will be sent to your RMN.
5. Enter the OTP received and validate the authenticity.
6. You will be redirected to create and confirm your 5 digits numeric PASSCODE for login into the application.
7. Accept the Terms & Conditions after successfully creating the PASSCODE.
8. Kindly permit the application to access your location, gallery etc.
9. Before initiating any mobile Banking transactions, you need to create and confirm new 6 digits numeric MPIN for validating all MB transactions.
10. Click on ‘SET NOW’ to activate your Mobile Banking account by entering the active debit card details.

The application does not open

I am an NRI Account Holder, I haven't been able to use this app for a while and can't understand why this is happening!! Because of that, I can't handle any of my transactions, IPhone 7 Plus with latest version of my mobile.. I had to re-install it many times and still not get it, Please kindly request that it be used.

Failed transaction

I had made a transaction which was successful and debited the amount from my account. But when the same was not credited to the party’s account. When rechecked in the mobile app was found to be failed but so far the amount is not credited back to my account. Where to check the details

eSIM problem

Recently I brought an iPhone XR with dual SIM facility one out of these is mandatorily to be eSIM. Now My canmobile app is not working as my eSIM (as secondary slot) is the one that registered with the bank account which I cannot change. While trying to register through this app system replies “Device network not available”. In that case how to use this app and what to do! Kindly do something for such issues so that we can use Candi in iPhone with dual SIM facilities.
