Canva: Design, Photo & Video 4+

Fonts Mobile Upload Unavailable

Unlike Canva on computers and laptops, Canva mobile does not give me the option to upload a font that I can use to change the font style. Would be great if you can do something about it since it’s quite annoying that I am not provided with the privilege to use something different from what’s already provide. Secondly, Canva on my laptop initially gave me the option to upload two fonts which after that stopped. I thought that it should be an issue with the font’s file type or license issue however, when I removed the font that I already uploaded and tried uploading again it again did the same thing, which is not doing anything. No error no upload. Quite unhappy with this issue. Solution please.

Rest assured we're continuously working hard to give you the best graphic experience on both web and mobile platforms. As a workaround you can utilize the mobile web browser and update the app to its latest version to get new features. Difficult to use. Unreliable outputs

So I am Canva Pro customer and I have been a pro customer for years now. I downloaded the app on my Ipad thinking I’d get 50% of the seamless experience like on the laptop but NO. I’ve been using the video editor on Canva ever since it’s release to make some really basic videos for social media, the worst part of getting an output is, a) I cannot preview the video properly whatsoever on the app and sometimes even on the laptop, so I have to download the video to check for errors, b) the audio output always turns out different than the timeline set. Despite of splitting audio and turning the volume down and many other things, it gives some random output that I never set, not to mention the audio loops by itself! I can’t begin to tell how inconvenient that has been and the delays it causes. Not to mention the difficultly to make even the minutest changes on static creatives. I understand it maybe supremely difficult to give the exact experience but I have been finding myself asking people not to download because of the usability on the Ipad itself.

Godsend for Beginner Designers. Nothing else comes close to this!

For someone who doesn’t know InDesign, Photoshop and other various design apps but has an avid interest in the same, as well as loves to design something without too much hassle, Canva is the exact solution I’ve been looking for. It’s SO powerful if used properly, be it to design something extremely small such as a small Instagram post or even prepare something monumental as a PitchDeck or even posters. The vast plethora of resources that come with it (even with the free version!) make me wonder how this app is free. I’d recommend getting the Pro version to make the most out of this app and also, to save yourself the headache of trying to learn something much more complicated if you want to design stuff on-the-go.
