Problem after update!
Hey team, your app is one of the best app that i have used to translate Tamil audio into English subtitles! But after the latest update its not working like before, only the english part is being captioned and the Tamil part is left blank! Can you please help me on this!?

The update has ruined the functionalities
None of the features are functional now! First of all, the app is expensive, you pay upfront and basic features don't work? The AI images feature never loads, now the recent blunder is that the video doesn't show up on screen for me to be able to edit anything, I want to resize the captions, colour/style it, add images, edit caption text etc! None of it is possible if the video doesn't appear on screen!!! Common sense guys! Worst of all yet - The support guys have disappeared, every time I try to hit support chat, it prompts “something went wrong”. I am looking for other alternatives already! Guys please do the same, don't waste your time on this app. Thank me later!!

Nice app but need simplicity and ease of use features
Why should you upload a video to get captions? I will upload mp3 or audio it should be able to auto generate captions. But then I need to get in the language I want. There is a limit of 3 minutes which should be removed. On 1st use I couldn’t get the thing done. Not uninstalling but keeping it to see if it is improving soon. Just link translate and speech to text converter in your app it’s going to work. Asking me I would say it should be able to work offline also.
