Service level degraded
First of all app is very slow and not user friendly at all, Crashes and people managing the show are not at all customer friendly. They have their own policies and rules which only customer has to bear with.
Services are getting worst day by day as cars are not cleaned properly even after sharing the feedback, No control over their shiners, more and more absenteeism of cleaners and zero flexibility.
Please keep above things in mind before choosing them!
Unreliable and ineffective
Their services are extremely unreliable and ineffective. They will not come for a week because they do not have enough cleaners available.
I opted for them instead of a regular local guy because I thought they will be able to provide a reliable service.
Cleaning cars isn’t rocket science. These guys make it sound like it is.
Worst service experience
They are not having any manpower to give services.
Hopeless customer care. They people not having any resolution of any complaint or feedback
They don’t want to do work
They are having excuse if server down and festival.
