METHOD:
The underlying technology is photoplethysmography (PPG), a non-invasive optical technique. When the heart beat, it transmits blood to the tissues in the finger. The blood absorbs the camera’s light and helps us to measure the pulse.
HOW TO USE:
Start a scan. Cover the camera and flash till the signal strength is good. Once the signal strength is good, the scan will start automatically, all you need to do is to stay steady and wait for 30-40secs till the scan completes.
Now you have a chance to track your fitness and health every time with just your phone.
Your resting heart rate gives you a view into your heart's fitness. The fitter you get the lower your heart rate will be.

What is a normal heart rate or heartbeat?
According to American Heart Association (AHA) and the Mayo Clinic, a normal resting heartbeat ranges from 60 to 100 beats per minute (BPM). Heart rate can be affected by stress, anxiety, depression, emotions, activity level, fitness level, body composition, and medication use. Knowing heart rate is an important heart-health gauge and cardiovascular metric. Heart rate variability is important in measuring stress on your body

#Regarding signup page enable auto scrolling , While taped on First name keyboard will cover half of the screen.
#If we enter space in the first name field it is saying please enter valid first name.
I entered my name and at the end of my name I added space so in this case allow space and proceed for the sign up process
please try to decrease the intensity of flash light power for iphone 11 series
In my iphone 11 pro max, i have the option to decrease or increase the intensity of flash light on long press on flash light button.
But when i started to check my spo2 with my iphone, the intensity of flash light was soo high that my finger was getting burnt, and if i remove finger to cool down, the scanning starts again from 0%,
So, ios developers can use the flash light but a lowe intensity of flash light would be a good usecase.
Very first reading is always wrong
Hi team,
There is bug in this app. If user close or kill app and then relaunch and then measure sp02, it always shows 4 less than actually spo2 very first time. And when click on scan again on result page, the it shows normal or actual value.
This false results create panic in user after seeing wrong result.
Either this should be fixed or there should be message on scan page to scan at least 3 time to get accurate ( approx) result
