The collection in the CARS24 website is never-ending; I am a repeat customer so could see they have a far better collection than last time. Most models, single owner, comprehensive insurance paid, and in the colours that I was looking for were available this time. I was spoilt for choices. The team support was good too. I booked a test drive for VW Polo GT 2017. The test drive went smooth; I pointed out a few things and the team made a note and assured me it will be fixed. Before paying the booking amount, I had asked them to update me and promptly I received a call to visit the yard. The concerns I had raised were taken care. I went ahead with the booking and pretty happy with me decision. I am always in favor of buying quality used cars instead of showroom cars. This is my second car from CARS24 and I must say they give you a showroom experience and the cars are value for money. You need to spend time, research, and choose the right one. The customer support is excellent. One thing I want to emphasize, A GOOD USED CAR IS VALUE FOR MONEY. Cars24 has brought a lot of transparency and reliability in the used car market, which was missing when you buy from the unorganized local dealers

It's scam, initially after evaluation offered high price so you will be tempted and get multiple calls from. cars 24 representative to accept the price, looking at higher price and follow up for immediate deal, you reject all other offers from other dealers. After accepting the offer they will show that they have scheduled pickup for your car and their representatives will come for car pickup and documentation work at given time be ready with all documents given in list. After that nobody comes, after waiting for hour or two when you call their representative he will say waiting for advance from channel partner and once done they will update you. After that they just back out and gives the reason which shows you have not accepted the price within given time, you are at fault. Then you try to follow up to representatives which do not reply to messages or calls. You try to schedule call back from given link but no call back received afterwards It's scam now if you go to local dealer again they will now offer lower that what was offered earlier. I think they are sharing profits with local dealers with such collaboration. Since I had got calls from local dealers in between offering much lower price and when I said I already have this Xxx price that say you are already getting much higher you can blindly take the offer. Surprise is offer price by dealer is without seeing the car which clearly indicates they are planted.

Usne bola ki hojayega sir aap app me jaake apna reason submit kardo. Do din ke baad inki legal team ke Bhaskar naam ke ladke ne call kiya aur mujhse details maangi or 24hrs ke andar reply sajayega bola. Uske baad se har roz mai inke call center me call kiya but ab Tak koi exact solution nai mila. At the end Bhaskar ne bola sir iss car ko hame wapas se sell kardo aap app me sell ur vehicle ke section me jaake car k inspection k liye register karlo. Inspection ke baad inki sales team ke Vicky from Moti Nagar branch ne mujhe contact kiya or gaadi ki 3.30lac me sell karne ka option bataya. Jo gaadi me 5.84lac me purchase ki how can I sell that car in so much less amount. Who is going to adjust my remaining amount. Till now I didn’t get any solution or gaadi aaj am tak mere naam per transfer bhi nahi hui hai. Vo still abhi tak second owner k naam per hi hai. Koi hai agar apki team me iss problem se nikaalne wala toh contact me other wise I will file the case against you guys.
