Not a very smooth experience! Firstly, I received ₹3550 instead of ₹3600 (as it was said) ! In every msg and mail they are putting that they have paid me ₹3600 but NO! They have paid 50 less! There was no issue with the phone..I had an argument with the technician as well... He was firstly deducting ₹200 .. but after I argued and said will give poor rating.. he came down to ₹50! He didn't spare that! I asked him 1000 times.. show me one scratch.. but he was just singing that one song that if they find something they will deduct my money! Not a smooth experience at all. A frnd recommended me so I went with it and it was urgent as well. Please improve these things or else people won't trust you guys!

Worst customer service & support
After writing to you guys multiple times, I have finally resorted to write a negative review on you guys on the App Store. I valued my phone through the app & booked an appointment of your technician as per an available slot(as user I was not given any option to choose specific time). During the day of pick up I had to wait at mentioned address but no one turned up and I received zero calls informing me about the technician not coming. I had to call costumer care & they bluntly said ”sorry Sir pick up of phone not possible on chosen date”; then why was the date shown as an option? After 2 days I got a message saying — your pick up is scheduled for next week (31st May) — how did you decide on a pick up date on your own??? After my 3rd email I get call after 2 days saying we are arranging pick up today. But alas, again the same story— no one turned up... I Seriously doubt your business model guys. I wonder if you guys have serviced even a single client. I have never come across such bad service. I hope no one else goes through this horrible service.
My Order Is Not Picked Up or Any Technician cane to my home after waiting for 2 Days. First it was scheduled on Monday ie 30th July but it no one came then got msg around 11pm sorry about the delay and then got a new msg at 2:16 am, that our technician was not able to contact you so your order will be picked on 2nd August and no one called me or informed me about this or no one contacted me. Then their executive called and said you complained about delay in pickup and I stated her scenario and then she said today ie 31st July before 7pm they will come and take the phone but no one appeared. This is the Worst Type of Selling App. If their is option of 0 Rating. I would give 0 or in Minus. I’ve confirmed Order From Wednesday and now it’s Tuesday. A Week. Worst Service. I think you guys should just remove your app from App Store. As you can’t give Service to Anyone. So simply remove it.
