Local money transactions are very slow
I don’t understand why local money transactions are very slow it’s almost taking 1 day to reach. very disappointing
Worst customer service and credit card service
Never come across a bank with service as bad as this. They don’t give you the promised welcome rewards. If I have a query, they take the request from the app, then send an email to call them. They won’t call you except if it is for selling more products. And when you try to call, the IVR does not take you to any agent. Worst app, worst customer service!
Perfect banking app!
Easy to use, very convenient payment/transfer options, 2 free remittance in a month and so on..
