Absolutely pathetic experience from a platform that’s supposed to securely handle people’s investments. The OTP system is a complete joke. They send a 6-digit OTP on email, but the app only allows 4 digits — and even when you try the first 4, it says invalid OTP. This isn’t a one-time glitch — it happens repeatedly.How can a national depository not even get basic login security right? I’ve tried multiple times, different devices, different times of day — nothing works. No response from support either.If I can’t access my own holdings, what’s the point of this app? Extremely frustrating. This kind of user experience makes me seriously question how safe or reliable CDSL’s systems are. Fix your tech.

The previous version was far better. It has been one month I haven’t been able to log into the app. Customer support is the absolute worst. U have been sending mails for a month and they haven’t been able to resolve the issue. I will tag SEBI on x and bring this problem to them, maybe then my problem will be resolved.

Overall it’s good but when you send pdf in mail every year it includes everything what my pan number holds in all the respective investment platforms, the same way the app should be! You have done half work

Would have given 0 stars because the app name is Easi App but it is not at all easy to use app. The app is very interesting and helpful but every time you need to login? This is a ridiculous waste of time and efforts. I hope this app is brought in line with the general practice of login once and authenticate every time either with SMS pin or faceId
