Cent Mobile is Mobile Banking application offered by Central Bank of India. Users can access most of the banking services anywhere any time through internet enabled handsets. Pre login features are accessible to all without registration. Post login features can be accessed by customers of Central Bank of India after completing one time registration process.

Cent Mobile Registration Process:
Download and install new Cent Mobile Application. Launch the app and use option- New User Registration. User will receive OTP (One Time Password) through SMS on registered mobile number after submitting CIF Number. After successful validation, register it – Using Debit Card information or Internet Banking User ID & Password or through ATM or Branch. Set your preferred User ID, MPIN (Login Password) and TPIN (Transaction password) for Cent Mobile. After successful registration process, Login to use enhanced features.

Not Thoughful! Royal waste of Time!

Just like their government office, slack has seeped into their app.
They have a provision of transaction password, App says txn password should be between 8-10 characters and must not include special characters. Internet Banking specifies special character must be included. Oh my god! This is basic stuff to keep interaction consistent across platforms. I could not transfer money to my ppf account because of this horrendous stupidity by the PM, Devs and QA.
The email field is restricted to 14 characters, as if there cannot be email address beyond that.
Guys, you are representing a 100 year old PSU bank. Atleast, don't damage the bank's customer experience by your incompetence.
You have made this far, please optimise the basic essential user flows. We the customers of CBI deserve atleast this much.

Pathetic

Multiple issues:
- while creating TPIN, special characters are mandatory, however they don’t accept the special characters while transferring funds. Revising tpin again and again only to know it is a glitch. Their team doesn’t help, how are we supposed to transfer our funds?

-It hangs while transferring funds. Unable to use the debit card on online sites even when limit is maintained. The NetBanking doesn’t work. Nothing works. The upi is mostly not working for this bank. So you submit funds here and are mostly left with no other option to use them!

Worst experience

This is so annoying. Not a single thing work properly in this app. One day is gone waste just to login. Sometimes they show error that Internet is not there. I have 4G network other app work fine and this. Somehow I manage to login then my accounts are not visible. I required the bank statement and next day when account are visible. I required to request to send the statement for tax benefits but when i go to e-mail account statement. Inside that when i click to enter email noting happen. You guys have my phone number and my email at the time of registration send the bloody mail on the same email ld or just give the option to download bank statement.
Worst app I ever seen. If i have to go to your bank branch for every little things then why you made this. Take my suggestion just close your bank and this app.
