I am trying to activate the account for the past two months ... but there is no response from the customer care... when i open the app and after login simply a pop message is displayed as “ our executive will contact you to activate your account”. Need serious action .

We couldn’t scan the qr code on the wood plank and this led to delay for our interior work because our interior designer told that they had bought the plywood from an authorized dealer but since we couldn’t scan the QR code to verify the genuinity of the plywood and this led to more than a week delay in our interior work. Century plywood is also commercial material and substandard quality.
