Activation problem

I am trying to activate the account for the past two months ... but there is no response from the customer care... when i open the app and after login simply a pop message is displayed as “ our executive will contact you to activate your account”. Need serious action .

App crashing on IOS

Really need support app crash on IOS devices scan and input doesn't work which is making app useless.

App crash while scanning - forced to input code

The app gets crashed in iOS 17, i had to scan 30 sheets for my interior work that i had purchased, it always gets crashed while trying to scan the code, i will be forced to use Input code and when i input code, the app closes forcefully and then i reopen it and check the code history, it was a terrible experience kindly fix this issue
